My Boo

My Boo is an interesting romantic comedy about two radical roommates in which the two loving roommates meet when one inadvertently conjures up a friendly ghost and invites trouble into their lives. While struggling with the challenges of modern relationships and a crazy supernatural cohabitant, things get funny and romantic.

Positive Aspects:

The plot will not get any further difficulties since it is a rom-com but there are also supernatural aspects which is new.

Most of the humor and charm is provided by the excellent chemistry behind Zoey Deutch and Nicholas Hoult.

Simu Liu in the role of the friendly ghost provides a new comic relief.

Negative Aspects:

The supernatural elements of the movie may seem to some as a trick.

Some may believe that all plots are pattern made and therefore, become disappointed with predictable ending.
