“Move Like a Boss” is a comedy from Nigeria, released in 2024 and directed by Ekene Som Mekwunye. The story follows Joko Adeyanju who pretends to be her father in order to save the family business from the greedy relatives which leads to many funny and awkward situations.

Synopsis

Joko Adeyanju is in a quandary as her father loses the ability to control his company while his siblings are around, who are extremely selfish. Her father is the key figure in the company that matters. Once he leaves it, Joko decides to play the role of her father and manages to deal with corporate politics and her family’s betrayal.

Personal Insights
