Movie Info:

Pop the Pickle is a wonderfully funny little film about a crazy chef who, in an unfortunate twist of fate, manages to give life to his beloved best pickles. When these pickles wake up, they wreak havoc around his restaurant located in a small town. The comedy has plenty of slapstick, unusual circumstances and a very reasonable conclusion wherein the authors once again urge us to embrace unpredictability and enjoy the absurdities of life.

Positive Aspects:

He also brings a lot of tone and moments with plenty of laughs out louds through sheer comedic timing as Steve Carell shines quite well here.

The absurd premise is treated light heartedly which allows this feature to become a feel good type of film.

The effects here are quite good in that the pickles how alive on screen in a very hilarious and endearing manner.

Negative Aspects:

Most of the humor is generally very stupendous and so comical that this feature does rely quite a lot on glancing humor and many puns.

Due to more or less obvious predictions of the story, this film’s impact would be on mild side to those looking for more elaborative comedic substance.
